LEAHN at UN Crime Congress in Doha

 

LEAHN will be presenting at the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice held in Doha between 12-19 April 2015 in the session on:

The critical partnership between police and civil society for HIV prevention among people who use drugs

Wednesday, 13 April 2015 13:00 – 14:30 Auditorium 1

The event will draw on lessons learned from UNODC’s work in building partnerships between police, HIV programmes and CSOs in countries with concentrated epidemics among PWUD and also benefit from the experience of police from the Law Enforcement and HIV Network. During the session UNODC will present recent tools and publications on HIV, PWUD and LEA and launch a handbook on Enhancing Partnerships Between Law Enforcement and Civil Society Organisations.
