LEAHN is comprised of senior serving or retired police from 20 countries who give their time freely to support harm reduction approaches to policing. The video was filmed in conjunction with the 2nd Law Enforcement and Public Health Conference in Amsterdam 2014.

The Consultation on Police and HIV was co-convened by LEAHN – Law Enforcement and HIV Network, IDLO – International Development Law Organization and Birkbeck, University of London.
